General Requirements

  • All documents need to be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before submission to the Honorary Consulate of Oman.

  • Oman is a member of the Hague Apostille Convention, but can legalise documents for use in other countries, such as Yemen, Qatar & United Arab Emirates. Always make sure to check with recipient that legalistion through the Honorary Consulate of Oman will be accepted.

  • Legalisations sent by mail/courier.

Supporting documents

  • Proof of payment (DOX).

  • Copies of all documents (DOX).

  • Return label (DOX).

  • Cover letter including contact info (DOX).
