General Requirements

• All documents need to be attested by a Notary Public or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before submission to the Taipei Representative Office in Denmark.

• Taipei Representative Office in Denmark does not accept electronically signed document for legalisation. All documents must be presented with an original signature.

Supporting documents

The following supporting document need to be filled out and signed in original.

Please see the full list of supporting documents below:

• Application form. The form needs to be signed by a company representative (for commercial documents) or the owner (for private documents)

• Power of attorney (commercial documents)

• Power of attorney (private documents)

• Copy of ID of the person who will be submitting the documents (DOX)

• Passport copy of applicant

• Copies of all documents for legalisation (DOX)

Regular processing time: 3 - 5 working days

Express processing: Available upon request
